These terms are an agreement between you and BohraEverAfter. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use BohraEverAfter

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be single (never married, divorced or widowed) and looking for a relationship that leads to marriage.
• You may have only one account, and the information in it must be true and your own.
• You may not use the app if we have previously removed you from it.

2. Your profile and verification

Your photos must be of you, recent, and not misleading. Our team reviews profiles and verification submissions and may approve, reject, hide or remove any profile or photo that breaks these terms. A verified badge means we checked the documents provided; it is not a guarantee about anyone's character, so always use your own judgement.

3. How to behave

Treat every member with respect. You must not:

• harass, threaten, insult or pressure anyone, or send sexual or offensive content;
• ask anyone for money, gifts or financial details, or promote any business or scheme;
• pretend to be someone else, or create a profile on someone's behalf without their knowledge and consent;
• share other members' photos, messages or personal details outside the app;
• use the app if you are already married or not genuinely seeking marriage;
• use bots, scrape data, or try to break or misuse the app.

You can report or block anyone from their profile or chat. We review every report.

4. Your safety

We work hard to keep fake and harmful accounts out, but we can't check everything about every member. Get to know people gradually, involve your family, meet in public places, and never send money to anyone you met on the app. If you feel unsafe, contact local authorities first and then tell us.

5. Premium subscriptions

• Premium is sold through Google Play at the price shown in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in Google Play.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable law.
• Premium improves your visibility and features but does not guarantee matches or a marriage.

6. Suspension and removal

We may pause, suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk, with or without notice. You can delete your account at any time; see how to delete your account.

7. Content and our rights

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store and show it in the app so the service works, and to use it to review reports. The BohraEverAfter name, logo and app design belong to us.

8. Limits of our responsibility

BohraEverAfter is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the conduct of members on or off the app, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Otherwise, disputes are subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
